Whale sharks are back in the bay !

Whale shark season is open at last! Surveys have determined that there are about 14 whale sharks in the bay of La Paz. We are ready to begin our whale shark excursions.

Every year there are new rules and regulations. This year there are some changes that we feel will improve the overall experience. Making it more efficient and safer for the whale sharks. The main difference from past years, is that the whale shark season will run until May 2020. This will give us an additional month. The 2019 – 2020 whale shark season will be open from October to May.

On our first whale shark tour and swam with 5 different whale sharks! It looks like 2019 is going to be a great whale shark season! Continue reading to learn about the different tours we offer.

Covid Updates

To meet and exceed current government regulations, we have ramped up our sanitizing protocols both for the gear that is used on our adventures as well as all of our boats. Our staff is being continuously monitored and tested as needed.

To comply with new travel requirements the medical center at the marina now offers on site testing, both AntiGen and PCR.

We are running all our adventures under limited load for as long as dictated by local authorities, this has helped to keep COVID under control in the Southern Baja area.
